I love it all. Wonderful photos, all of them.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work
I'm totally with you - I just love the look of lucite especially when mixed with more traditional furnishings. Just look at Todd Romano's fabulous office - it doesn't get any better than that!!
ReplyDeletelove your posts, Kathy! ...and the look of lucite too. The Adirondack Chair is on my list. Glad you are back. Big hugs to you
ReplyDeleteHello Kathy:
ReplyDeleteWonderful images and so very stylish. The lamps, almost at the end, are terrific. We love them.
You are making me want to have more lucite in my house! I think I need a table or console...

love them all...I have a thing for chairs and the ones you are showing are all fantastic :))
ReplyDeletePeople either love or hate them! I love them. Helena Rubinstein was a graet fan as you have shown with the picture of her dining room with the mural by Dali. Did you know she had a whole bedroom suite made of lucite?
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThese ghost are perfect! And specialy the lamps.
Greetings
Jérôme
Hi Kathy Yes i do like to see the occasional piece mixed in with antiques great contrast and i really like the lamps they are such fun too
ReplyDeleteahve a great week Fay xx
and what a SWEET dog you have too
Well I keep thinking we must be done with the lucite, but then everytime I see any, it makes me go "wow, that really works" so I am thinking there is still some goodness left in them!
ReplyDeleteSome lovely pieces here - especially the one with the mirrored dressing table and that glorious green wallpaper. Yummo.
You when you stumble upon a blog that you instantly fall in love with - well, I just have.,...YOURS!!! I've looked through far too many of your posts to be just termed a follower. Nope, I'm officially a Stalker!!!

I have a pair of Louis Ghost chairs. I had to have them the minute they were introduced. And, I have to say I still love them.
ReplyDeleteYou are SO good. Love every image and selection. I am using a pr of them on either side of a king size bed in a bitchy alcove framed area that drove me crazy til I figured this out- the larger painted wood and a silver leaf chest will go to either side on the outside walls. sometimes the architects think they are very clever with impossible to work with tricks-but there are ghosts everywhere. pgt
ReplyDeleteI just never tire of a great lucite piece. The chair in the second image is wonderful with the tufted white seat!!
ReplyDeleteokay.
ReplyDeletewhere are you?
are you on vacation i hope?

Hi Kathy,
ReplyDeleteAlways a pleasure to view your blog. It was funny to see my painting, I forgot you had that one! It suprised me and was good to get a house tour again.
Best Regards,
Bruce
Great selection!! I also love the styles you see on www.plexi-craft.com. I especially love their custom pieces, since they have a factory where you can modify any of the pieces with them to fit your space. Just thought i'd throw it out there for all the acrylic lovers like me.
ReplyDeleteThanks for including our chair! Great collection!
