  3. I'm totally with you - I just love the look of lucite especially when mixed with more traditional furnishings. Just look at Todd Romano's fabulous office - it doesn't get any better than that!!

  9. People either love or hate them! I love them. Helena Rubinstein was a graet fan as you have shown with the picture of her dining room with the mural by Dali. Did you know she had a whole bedroom suite made of lucite?

  12. Well I keep thinking we must be done with the lucite, but then everytime I see any, it makes me go "wow, that really works" so I am thinking there is still some goodness left in them!

Some lovely pieces here - especially the one with the mirrored dressing table and that glorious green wallpaper. Yummo.

  14. I have a pair of Louis Ghost chairs. I had to have them the minute they were introduced. And, I have to say I still love them.

  15. You are SO good. Love every image and selection. I am using a pr of them on either side of a king size bed in a bitchy alcove framed area that drove me crazy til I figured this out- the larger painted wood and a silver leaf chest will go to either side on the outside walls. sometimes the architects think they are very clever with impossible to work with tricks-but there are ghosts everywhere. pgt

  20. Great selection!! I also love the styles you see on www.plexi-craft.com. I especially love their custom pieces, since they have a factory where you can modify any of the pieces with them to fit your space. Just thought i'd throw it out there for all the acrylic lovers like me.
